Responsibilities
  • Handling a portfolio of commercial property claims with the opportunity to work on construction, farm pack and aviation matters, ensuring the best possible outcome for customers.

  • Working closely and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including brokers, underwriters, service providers and insurers.

  • Managing binder accounts and going beyond for our clients

  • Working within a diverse team who value collaboration, caring and creating an enjoyable working environment.

What will help you succeed in this role?
  • You have a minimum of 1-2 years' experience within the insurance industry.

  • You have a background in Commercial Property claims

  • Experience with Strata, Construction or Motor claims and/or Recoveries is a plus but not essential.

  • You are looking for a hybrid of collaboration within the office and the flexibility of working from home 2-3 days each week.

  • You have initiative, drive and strong time management and negotiation skills.

  • You value autonomy, flexibility and diversity, and are a team player.
