About the Role
As the
Responsible Officer
within our Product Team, you will play a critical role in safeguarding the integrity, fairness, and security of our assessments. You will ensure OET complies with all relevant regulatory, accreditation, and quality assurance requirements while driving continuous improvement in our testing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, accreditation frameworks, and codes of practice.
- Act as the primary liaison with regulators, accreditation agencies, and professional bodies.
- Oversee quality management processes, risk frameworks, and assessment security.
- Authorise assessment material releases and maintain operational standards across test centres.
- Promote a culture of integrity, impartiality, and continuous improvement.
About You
- Bachelor's degree in education, business administration, compliance, or related field (postgraduate qualifications highly desirable).
- 3 years as a Responsible Officer (or in a closely related role) or 10+ years relevant industry experience.
- Strong knowledge of education testing regulations, accreditation frameworks, and quality standards.
- Exceptional organisational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
