Job Description

The Project Manager (12 month fixed term contract) will play a key role in driving the planning, execution, and successful delivery of a diverse range of projects across Guzman y Gomez, ensuring they are completed within scope, timeline, and budget. From projects focused on People and Operations to Sustainability and beyond, this role will span multiple critical business areas. You'll oversee the entire project lifecycle—from initial conception to seamless transition into operations—ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and leading the delivery of impactful, high-quality results.

What you can expect in the role:

  • Lead multiple projects ensuring alignment with goals and stakeholder expectations, through structured project governance, and effective reporting
  • End to end accountability for project delivery across all project phases
  • Motivate teams, manage timelines, and ensure project milestones are met
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder & vendor relationships, ensuring timely and quality delivery
  • Develop and review project scopes and plans, proactively managing risks and issues, and proposing solutions.
  • Track project budgets, ensure financial alignment, and handle scope changes with stakeholder approval
  • Drive communication and training plans to ensure successful project adoption

You'll enjoy this role if you have:

  • 3-5 years of Project Management experience delivering projects for a variety of industries and functions
  • Effective problem-solving skills and flexibility to pivot where necessary
  • Relevant certification in project management including methodologies and principles
  • Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills with the ability to work effectively with all organisational levels
  • Ability to negotiate and influence others to drive results
  • Understanding of the importance of effective change management in project execution
