**About the role**:
Are you passionate about fostering collaboration, empowering teams, and driving successful project delivery and preferably have experience in spatial systems? Do you thrive in dynamic environments where innovation meets real-world impact? If so, Forestry Corporation NSW invites you to embark on an exciting journey as a Scrum Master.

**What you’ll be doing**:
**We would love you to have**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in project management, computer science, engineering, or related field.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master, ideally in software development projects particularly in the Spatial systems domain
- Ability to communicate with all stakeholders; both technical and non-technical
- Ability to lead and manage a small team
- Demonstrated experience in project management and facilitation of cross-functional teams with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within scope
- Previous experience working with external contractors or third-party vendors
