Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a can do attitude to join our Receivals team at our Edinburgh North facility This position is a full time, permanent Goods Inwards/ Storeperson role for 38 hours per week between Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving goods, completing relevant quantity and quality checks, filing paperwork, and storing stock where required.
  • Responsible for checking accuracy of incoming goods against delivery paperwork.
  • Stock rotation, ensuring proper procedures are being performed.
  • Removing waste from production/processing areas for disposal, cleaning out bins.
  • Filling pick locations, keeping accurate stock counts and assisting with stocktake preparations.
  • Assist with forklift duties, order picking, receipting of products, stocktake and any other duties as required.
  • Completing Forklift prestart checks before use to ensure safety. Ensure Forklift is charging at the end of the day.
  • Maintaining a high standard of people and product safety in the workplace.
  • Reporting any WHS incident or near miss to manager/supervisor and incident reporting system.
  • Monitoring and reporting to manager/supervisor any issues and discrepancies with product safety and quality.
  • Other Storeperson / Receivals duties as required

What we're looking for

  • Experience in a Warehousing and/or Forklift role
  • Ability to comfortably perform manually handling tasks
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
