We are working with a unique and highly active PE Growth Fund who invest in high growth businesses and are extremley hands on with their assets. With a strong track record and a consistent growth trajectory they are searching for a an Investment Director to join their team

The Head of Private Capital is an exceptional leader with an extremely strong network and track record. We are looking for a highly commercial, thoughtful but dynamic individual. Ideally with great deal of transactional and Investing experience but also a strong operational skillset and a passion for the growth space.

The firm is very hands on with their assets and high commerical acumen and very strong technical skills are a must.

You will be working with a collaborative team who have an incredible culture and who genuinely enjoy spending time together. This role has a highly attractive comp package, huge career growth prospects and sustainable work/life balance.

Skills and experience

8+ years in Investment Banking with Private Equity oractive Corporate Development experience

Strong commercial acumen

Ability to lead the execution of transactions

Experience sitting on or observing on boards

Knowledge of the growth equity and or restructuring space

Understand commercial, financial and operational drivers if growth businesses

CFA or CA qualified

Deal experience non-negotiable

Top tier IB experience desirable

Investing experience a must
