Skills and experience
15+ years in Investment Banking and/or Consulting AND Private Equity
Strong commercial acumen
Ability to lead the execution of transactions
Experience sitting on or observing on boards
Knowledge of the growth equity and or restructuring space
Understand commercial, financial and operational drivers if growth businesses
CFA or CA qualified
Deal experience non-negotiable
Top tier IB/MBB experience desirable
PE experience a must
