Customer Service Assistant

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Team Member to join our busy store in Ellenbrook, WA. In this role, you'll provide exceptional customer service, maintain outstanding store presentation, and support the smooth running of daily operations.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Delivering friendly, professional service and building positive customer relationships
- Assisting customers with product selection, inquiries, and sales transactions
- Maintaining high store presentation standards through restocking, cleaning, and merchandising
- Supporting daily operations, including receiving deliveries, inventory management, and cash handling
- Contributing to a positive, team-oriented environment
What We're Looking For:
- Previous retail or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in maintaining presentation standards
- Accuracy with cash handling and stock control
- A proactive team player with a strong work ethic
