Your New Role
The Academic Care and Wellbeing Coordinator (ACWC) is responsible for pastoral and administrative leadership and directing staff and students in their house to achieve sustained improvement in academic care, behaviour management and wellbeing practice and holistic student growth and development.

Coordinator appointments are three-year contracts, with the option of renewal for an additional three years subject to ongoing successful performance reviews.
Selection Criteria
- A commitment to supporting and promoting Catholic values in pastoral programs and practices.
- Expert classroom practitioner
- Demonstrate evidence of ability to work collaboratively and effectively in teams.
- An understanding of contemporary approaches to student pastoral care, welfare and wellbeing.
- Ability to manage conflict situations.
- Effective organisational and communication skills.
- Meets or willingness/capacity to work towards the requirements to Work, Teach and Lead Policy (Accreditation C)

- NSW NESA Accreditation
