About The Role
Immediate start for Workshop Technicians to join our workshop team in Rydalmere workshop.

You'll be hands-on in the manufacturing of electrical panels, working closely with engineering, project teams, and administration to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Hours of Work:
Monday-Friday, 7.00am-3.00pm

Location:
Rydalmere

Permanent hourly rate
: $45 plus allowances plus penalties

Key Responsibilities

  • Interpret and follow construction drawings for panel manufacturing.
  • Mount, wire, and terminate electrical components.
  • Communicate material requirements and ensure correct receipting and allocation of parts.
  • Assembling of flat pack metal work.
  • Ability to learn Buss Bar bending, hole punching (not essential)
  • Fitting gear plates, cells.
  • Fitting out electrical hardware.
  • Running and terminating wiring (neat and tidy).
  • Point to point testing.
  • Labelling.
  • General workshop duties as required.

  • Experience in electrical panel manufacturing.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
  • A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a focus on safety and quality.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
