**About the role**

We are seeking experienced **Workshop Fitters** to join our new and growing team in Rydalmere, NSW. This role will see you completing a full range of hands-on activities such as repairs, installations, maintenance, testing, modifications, diagnosis of issues and optimisation of performance in order to service customer equipment in line with company standards, policies and procedures.

**What we're looking for**
- Commitment to safety and quality standards
- Relevant trade qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Demonstrated experience as a Workshop Fitter or in a similar role
- Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately, with an eye for detail
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
