Part-Time Retail Assistant – Tattslotto in Oakleigh

We are looking for a motivated and reliable retail assistant to join our Tattslotto store in Oakleigh.

Experience in Tattslotto / post office will be looked upon favourably.

Retail Responsibilities

  • Serving customers and handling cash/EFTPOS in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
  • Learning our full product range, including upselling and promoting products
  • General retail duties as required
  • Depending on capability, the successful candidate may have the opportunity to help run the store at times, with potential pathways towards supervisor/manager duties

The Successful Applicant Must:

  • Have experience serving customers with cash handling in a fast-paced environment
  • Be able to work unsupervised
  • Have basic computer skills
  • Be professional, reliable, and responsible
  • Show strong attention to detail
  • Be able to prioritise tasks and multitask
  • Have good communication skills and fluent English

Training will be provided; however, experience in a related industry is highly regarded.

As part of the interview, you may be tested in a live environment.

You will also be expected to be self-motivated in learning our product range and reviewing reference materials.

  • Pay: $26.55-$28.12 per hour (depending on experience)
  • Expected Hours: 8–16 hours per week (mainly Thu & Sat)
