**About You**:

- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

- Agents Representative Certificate
- Current Police Check
- Reliable car and current drivers license
- Ability to work on Saturday’s (as required) with time in lieu
- Experience with PropertyMe, Inspection Express and Inspect Real Estate

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Oakleigh, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Property Management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Agents Representative Certificate & Estate Agents Licence (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)
