**Job Overview**:
We are currently looking for professional, responsible, and reliable Security Officers to join our team. This role requires a high level of customer service and the ability to provide security services in various environments. As an MSS Security Officer, you will play an essential role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and the public.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular security patrols of premises to prevent unauthorized access, theft, and vandalism
- Monitor CCTV systems and respond to incidents or alarms as required
- Provide customer service and assist with inquiries from clients and the public
- Write accurate reports on security incidents and daily activities
- Enforce company policies and procedures related to security and safety
- Respond to emergencies, including medical incidents, fire, and other security-related emergencies
- Ensure the protection of both people and property at all times
- Collaborate with team members and other staff to ensure a smooth security operation
- Assist with site-specific tasks as required, depending on the client's needs

**Key Requirements**:

- Valid Security License in New South Wales (NSW)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and public holidays
- Strong attention to detail and observation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the security industry (preferred but not essential)
- First Aid Certificate (desirable but not essential)
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- A positive and professional attitude at all times

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to $129,578.45 per year

Expected hours: 50 - 60 per week
