About The Role
As the Account Manager (Sales) you will oversee and nurture relationships with Victorian and Tasmanian based customers, including Bridgestone Service Centres and wholesale clients. Your role involves achieving financial targets through proficient account management, strategic business development, and the implementation of your customer strategy. Regular call cycles will be essential to strengthen customer relationships. Key outcomes include maintaining robust relationships, ensuring customer retention, preserving and growing our market share, and delivering exceptional value to our customers.
Located at our VIC State Office in Truganina, this position offers you the opportunity to advance your career.
About You
With credible and robust sales experience, you will have the talent and tenacity we need to drive growth and take Bridgestone to the next level. You will demonstrate a customer-centric approach to account management and value its importance to the business.
To perform successfully in this role, you will need to demonstrate (at minimum):
- Strong negotiation skills ensuring balanced outcomes for the business and customer
- Great problem solver with a proactive and analytical approach
- The ability to identify and secure new business opportunities
- Capability to embrace and promote new technology
- The ability to recognise, develop and secure growth within the existing customer base
- Effective relationship management focusing on creating and sustaining multi-tier relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally
- Exceptional communication, presentation and time management skills
- Efficient knowledge and utilisation of Microsoft programs including Office, Excel, Word & PowerPoint
