What you will be doing:

Are you a hands-on, motivated individual who enjoys working outdoors and being part of a supportive team? Flavorite is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Worker to help keep our farm grounds safe, tidy, and well-maintained.

About the Role

In this role, you'll be responsible for the general upkeep of our site grounds, waste management, and assisting with light maintenance tasks. You'll be working in a dynamic environment, contributing to the overall presentation and functionality of the site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mowing, whipper snipping, and slashing paddocks
  • Weed control, pest, and disease spraying
  • Waste management and general site cleaning
  • Basic maintenance of plant and equipment
  • Support with minor maintenance projects and tasks
  • Safe operation and cleaning of grounds equipment

What You'll Need:

  • Experience in grounds or property maintenance
  • Safety-first mindset and mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to follow instructions and work in a team
  • Physically fit and comfortable working in varied environments
  • Desirable: Forklift license, tractor operation, chainsaw use, MR truck license, and/or experience with machinery (e.g., skid steer, telescopic handler).
