**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities include:

- Conducting routine quality control checks
- Studying product specifications and ensuring conformity
- Identifying visible defects such as abrasions and bruising
- Compiling quality assurance reports and maintaining documentation
- Recording sampling procedures and sources
- Preparing samples and conducting prescribed tests
- Authorizing the release of goods
- Collaborating with team members to ensure tasks are completed to a high standard.

**Qualifications & Experience**:
While experience in the food industry or quality control is advantageous, it's not essential. Key qualifications and experience include:

- Familiarity with HACCP principles (preferred but not required)
- Proficiency in computer literacy, with the ability to quickly adapt
- Valid Australian work rights
