We're looking for a driven and organised salesperson to join our Port Melbourne office. This is a full-time, phone-based sales role with inbound, warm leads provided daily. You'll be working with motivated homeowners who have already expressed interest in solar and electrification solutions — your job is to educate, qualify, and close.

While this is primarily an office-based role, there may be rare occasions where you'll visit a customer's home.

What You'll Do

  • Convert inbound, warm leads into sales across solar, battery, heating & cooling, hot water, and EV charging solutions.
  • Manage your CRM and sales pipeline diligently — you'll be expected to follow up, nurture, and close every opportunity.
  • Maintain strong conversion rates and meet or exceed weekly KPIs.
  • Work collaboratively with the Sales Manager and a small, high-performing team.
  • Accurately record all customer interactions and quotations in the CRM.
  • Receive ongoing training and updates on our products and programs so you can focus on selling.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience in residential solar, battery, heating, cooling, or other residential home improvement sales — highly regarded.
  • Strong organisational skills — you know how to manage your day, your pipeline, and your follow-ups.
  • Confidence working with multiple platforms, CRMs, and digital tools.
  • Self-managed and accountable — you take full responsibility for your performance and results.
  • Resilience, professionalism, and a genuine desire to help customers make smart energy choices.
  • A self-starter mindset — this is not a role for passive or reactive salespeople. You'll be given quality leads, but it's up to you to capitalise on them.
