**Residential Solar & Battery Operations Manager - Lead the Charge in Clean Energy**

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a driven and experienced **Solar Operations Manager** to join our leadership team and help take our operations to the next level.

**About the Role**
This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who understands the solar industry inside out. You’ll be responsible for managing the full operational process from **point of sale through to installation** across multiple states. Your ability to work autonomously, build strong installer relationships, and ensure high quality delivery will be key to your success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee end to end solar and battery installation operations
- Coordinate sales handover, system design, scheduling, and installer management
- Build and manage installer networks across VIC, NSW, ACT, SA, QLD and other states
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
- Problem solve in real time and ensure smooth job delivery
- Work closely with the Director to setup, grow and improve operational systems
- Lead with integrity and inspire a culture of care, quality, and dedication

**About You**:
Minimum 2 years experience in managing solar operations
Strong knowledge of the solar and battery installation process
Proven network of solar installers in NSW, VIC, SA, QLD
Highly organized, reliable, and able to work independently
Passionate about renewables and committed to long-term growth
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Motivated to help build a great business and grow with it

Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
