Why this role?

We are seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead Oxley Grove Care Community—a vibrant, connected home providing 24/7 nursing care including long-term, dementia, palliative and respite services.

Our Care Community offers a strong sense of belonging through initiatives like intergenerational programs, live-in pets, local fairs, fundraising, book clubs, and more. You'll be leading a multidisciplinary team that makes a genuine difference—every day.


What you'll do:

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of a thriving, purpose-driven aged care home
  • Inspire, support, and grow a diverse team of clinical and non-clinical professionals
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff and the local community
  • Drive performance across care quality, financial results, property, and compliance
  • Live our values of Compassion, Accountability, Respect and Excellence

What you'll bring:

  • Experience as a General Manager or senior leader in aged care, health, hospitality, or community sectors
  • A natural ability to influence culture, engage teams, and lead with heart
  • A strong commercial mindset, paired with a passion for delivering quality care
  • Exceptional communication skills and a hands-on leadership style
  • A deep understanding of quality frameworks and regulatory standards
