Key ResponsibilitiesRequirementsAbout you
  • Bachelor degree in communications, journalism or public relations (desired)
  • Experience in copywriting, communications or brand management
  • Strong understanding of the finance industry or regulated markets, with an understanding of compliance obligations and regulatory restrictions
  • Exposure to issues management, maintaining composure and ensuring clear messaging during high-pressure situations
  • A fast-paced adaptable approach to thrive in an environment where no two days are the same
  • Ability to analyse brand coverage and insights and use data to refine brand perception
  • Hands-on experience creating content including articles, blog posts, paid media ads and social media content
  • Ambition and drive, with an eagerness to grow, take initiative and expand your expertise in brand and communications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a talent for crafting compelling press releases, media pitches and messaging
  • Existing network of journalists and media contacts particularly in fintech, business and trading sectors, with a strong ability to secure media coverage (desired)
  • Knowledge of media monitoring tools to track coverage, sentiment and emerging trends
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, design, legal, compliance and leadership teams
