The Business

Ethos360 is a specialist sales recruitment firm that partners with some of Australia's fastest growing and most recognisable businesses. We are known for our people first approach, transparent communication and ability to deliver results. Our small but vibrant team is collaborative, high performing and genuinely enjoys working together. We are now looking for a creative Social Media Coordinator to help us grow our online presence and showcase who we are to the market.

About the Role

You will be our go to for all things social media including posting, filming, creating and engaging with our online community. You will collaborate with our VA to keep things running smoothly while focusing on bringing fresh ideas and personality to our content. This is a hands on role where you will own our social presence from concept through to execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and schedule posts for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook
  • Design graphics, reels and stories in Canva
  • Engage with followers through comments, messages and conversations
  • Work with our VA to ensure content is consistent and organised
  • Identify trends and generate new content ideas
  • Support occasional marketing projects or campaigns
  • Create content for colleagues to align with trends and drive social growth for all profiles

Skills & Experience

  • Some experience creating social content for a business, club or personal brand
  • Strong design eye and confident in using Canva
  • Writing skills suited to different platforms
  • Self-motivated, proactive and happy to work in office at Box Hill
  • Keen to learn and open to trying new ideas
