OverviewReporting to the Social Media Manager, the Social Media Coordinator will focus on growing and engaging our digital audiences across social media platforms.
This position is based in VIC only.

Responsibilities Build, execute, monitor, optimise, report on and measure paid social media campaigns based on creative briefs from internal and external stakeholders Coordinate content calendar across channels, including prioritisation and negotiation with internal stakeholders Ability to develop creative assets from a brief as well as edit existing creative assets, video content creation a bonus Leverage data and analytics to identify emerging trends, and adapt content and campaign strategies, and produce reports for internal stakeholders and teams Implement platform-specific strategies across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms to increase brand awareness, drive traffic to our website, and generate leads Produce copy for product, promotion and competition posts and campaigns, in the JB tone of voice Publish, amplify, and optimise content to drive engagement, reach and website visits Manage community interactions, respond to comments and messages, and escalate feedback to relevant stakeholders as needed Coordinate process to identify and respond to social media crises including; monitoring, responding, risk mitigation, post-event reporting and stakeholder escalation/engagement Use audience insights and analytics to inform content direction and targeting strategies Monitor trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve Work collaboratively within the Social Media and Content team, and key stakeholders to ensure the alignment of all content and campaigns with the business' content strategyQualifications Strong proficiency with Meta Business Suite and TikTok At least 3 years of experience in a social media role Experience managing multiple large budgets and campaigns Strong understanding of social media channels and content types as well as scheduling tools Excellent copywriting and verbal skills Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite and other graphic design and video editing programs An understanding of consumer trends and audience behaviour in social media Tertiary qualification in Communications or Marketing (desirable) Previous agency or retail experience (desirable) Keen interest in tech and pop culture (desirable)Additional InformationIf you are interested in this exciting opportunity with us, please click apply and upload your CV.
