We are seeking an experienced Front of House -ALL ROUNDER who loves their job and cares about our staff and our clients at our tearooms. Passion is everything and we have to love what we do.

We have a unique opportunity for an Experienced FRONT OF HOUSE/ALL ROUNDER at Amazing Graze Tearooms to be a part of passionate team.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our fun-loving, hard-working team based in Essendon.

About the role

  • Hands-on position the day-to-day operation of the venue
  • Establishing excellent guest satisfaction and rapport
  • Assist to manage Bookings, Events and seating charts
  • You will use your skills to help with the positive development and progression of the team by listening and providing feedback.
  • Creating a lively and fun atmosphere for both guests and staff
  • Placing orders and ensuring correct stock levels are maintained
  • Ensure the impeccable cleanliness and visual presentation of the hightearooms at all times.

This position is FULL-TIME and weekends are a must.

Who are you:

We're looking for a friendly, reliable All‑Rounder to join our busy café/tearoom team. You'll rotate between barista service, front‑of‑house (taking orders, serving, cashier), light food prep and washing up, basic cleaning, and opening/closing duties.

Great customer service and the ability to work quickly and calmly during busy periods are essential.

Key duties

- Prepare coffee, tea and drinks to café standards

- Serve customers, take orders and handle payments

- Light food prep and plating (sandwiches, pastries, simple hot dishes)

- Wash up, clean service areas and maintain hygiene standards

- Assist with stock rotation, deliveries and basic inventory

- Help open/close and support other team members as needed

Requirements

- Previous café, barista or hospitality experience desirable (training available)

- Friendly, flexible, team‑player attitude

- Able to work weekends and early/late shifts

- Good communication and basic cash-handling skills

- Food hygiene awareness
