The Role

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced all-rounder across both domestic and commercial flooring. Based in our Pascoe Vale showroom, you'll manage end-to-end sales and project delivery while helping drive the continued growth of our business.


What You'll Do

Sales & Client Management

  • Manage the full sales cycle — lead generation, quoting, closing and delivery
  • Conduct site measures, accurate take-offs and estimations
  • Prepare detailed quotations for flooring products and installation services
  • Maintain strong client relationships with exceptional follow-up and communication
  • Record customer interactions and sales data in the CRM and weekly reports
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in both residential and commercial markets
  • Stay up to date with products, trends and innovations
  • Collaborate closely with the installation team for a seamless client experience

Project Coordination

  • Manage projects end-to-end (enquiry to invoice)
  • Schedule works and coordinate subcontractors to meet deadlines
  • Track timelines, order products and ensure even and accurate job scheduling
  • Liaise with clients, contractors and suppliers across all phases
  • Ensure quality control and risk management throughout delivery
  • Represent the business at industry events, networking and online channels
  • Complete estimates and take-offs from plans

Bonus Skills (Not Essential)

  • Forklift experience and/or licence — handling carpet/vinyl rolls highly regarded
  • Construction White Card

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience in both domestic and commercial flooring
  • Strong sales + project management skills with a record of results
  • Confidence in quoting, estimating and full lifecycle project delivery
  • Highly organised, self-motivated and relationship-driven
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Working knowledge of flooring products, installation and standards
  • Target-driven mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced team
  • Valid driver's licence and ability to travel to sites
