Your Role
Join our Performance & Reward team at DuluxGroup and lead the delivery of reward programs across Australia, New Zealand, and Papua New Guinea. You'll manage performance frameworks, job evaluation, benchmarking, and market data - balancing governance with business flexibility. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on turning complexity into clarity, enabling leaders to act confidently and employees to understand what matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Performance & Salary Reviews: Manage the annual performance and salary review cycle across Australia, New Zealand, and Papua New Guinea, including system administration, communications, and leader support.
- Specialist Remuneration Advice: Provide expert guidance on fixed and variable pay, incentive programs, and reward strategy to key stakeholders including People Culture and Change, Payroll, Finance, and business leaders.
- Governance & Framework Alignment: Ensure all remuneration practices align with DuluxGroup's Remuneration Framework, including job evaluation, benchmarking, and market analysis.
- Market-Based Salary Structures: Prepare and maintain salary bands that reflect local market conditions and support equitable, competitive pay practices.
- Executive & Regulatory Reporting: Support executive remuneration processes and CEO reporting, and manage external reporting requirements including WGEA, superannuation, and gender pay equity.
- Strategic Projects & Insights: Collaborate on performance and reward initiatives, delivering data-driven insights to improve frameworks and enable confident decision-making in a complex, leader-led organisation.

Skills & Experience
- Qualifications & Experience: Tertiary qualification in HR, Business, Economics, or related field, with proven experience in reward, remuneration, or performance management across AU, NZ, and PNG.
- Technical Expertise: Strong background in job evaluation and market data analysis; Korn Ferry methodology highly regarded.
- Advanced Data Skills: Proficient in Excel (formulas, pivots, lookups), with experience in dashboards, reporting tools, and AI/Copilot desirable.
- Analytical & Insightful: Skilled in interpreting complex data and translating it into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
- Stakeholder Influence: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organisation.
- Agile & Detail-Oriented: Comfortable navigating ambiguity and complex structures, with strong time management, problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail.
