Primary Responsibilities:
Provide end-to-end test data support across multiple applications and enterprise initiatives.
Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive test data strategies and tailored solutions.
Coordinate and oversee test data refresh, provisioning, and masking activities.
Collect compliance and data masking requirements and translate them into effective data management practices.
Lead technical discussions with customers and stakeholders, ensuring smooth collaboration and alignment.
Core Skills & Competencies:
Strong stakeholder and program management expertise.
6–8 years of hands-on experience in data provisioning, masking, and test data management within projects.
Proven ability to build automation solutions for test data provisioning, masking, and refresh processes.
Experience in test data profiling, quality analysis, and KPI monitoring.
Skilled in test scenario/requirement gathering, estimation, and test data provisioning.
Ability to interpret TDM requirements and create accurate estimations and staffing plans.
Hands-on expertise with enterprise databases such as DB2, Oracle, and MS SQL.
Strong scripting knowledge in SQL, PL/SQL, SSIS, and JCL.
Proficiency with scheduling and orchestration tools like Control-M, ESP, and Endevor.
Prior experience using industry-standard TDM tools such as Broadcom CA TDM, Compuware FileAid, and RDX.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Equivalent progressive work experience (three years per year of missing education) will also be considered.
Minimum 6–10 years of professional experience in Information Technology, with a focus on test data management
