We are seeking an experienced
TDM Architect
to lead the
Test Data Management domain strategy
and drive end-to-end
solution architecture and design
across large-scale transformation programs. You will define scalable and secure TDM solutions, enhance enterprise tooling, and ensure best practices in data masking, subsetting, virtualization, and orchestratio
n
.

What you'll do:

  • Own the TDM strategy and architecture across enterprise systems.
  • Design & implement solutions for data provisioning, masking, virtualization, and automation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align TDM solutions with business priorities.
  • Lead pilots of advanced test data tooling and drive adoption at scale.
  • Mentor and coach architects & testing professionals.

What we're looking for:

  • Strong expertise in
    Test Data Management, Quality Engineering, and automation
    .
  • Experience with cloud-native & future-ready architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  • Hands-on knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, Agile, and Design Thinking.
  • Proven track record delivering enterprise TDM initiatives.
  • Strong communication & stakeholder management skills.
