CB Energy is seeking motivated Leading Hands with industry experience in underground utilities, civil pipe-laying Or traffic signals

The successful applicant will have;

  • Self motivation and leadership qualities
  • Attention to detail and pride taken in all aspects of their work.

  • Experience with:

  • Installing pipes, conduits, cable hauling, pits and footings; or

  • Traffic Signal infrastructure; or
  • Concrete Structures such as HV pits, Manholes, chambers etc.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow company procedures for documentation and compliance
  • Proven track record of good performance and a solid employment history
  • Current drivers licence - (MR/HR preferred)
  • All other tickets/ licences and current competencies will be advantageous

Remuneration will be based on verifiable skills and experience, and includes;

  • Competitive base hourly rate + penalties & allowances (Paid weekly).
  • Energy QLD Core Work rates up to $60/hr plus all overtime at double time when installing Energex conduits and cables
  • Very generous site specific allowances
  • Fully maintained company vehicle

  • Company supplied uniforms
  • Ongoing personal development with advanced learning and courses supplied
