An excellent opportunity for a secure, permanent position working within a great small team environment.

Australian citizens only are eligible for this position.

Working hours are 8am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday.

EFP is a leading supplier to the timber flooring industry based in Beverley.

Your role will include providing great customer service including product information, pricing and arranging deliveries to customers. There will be some picking & packing and the usual warehouse basics like stock taking, goods receivals and invoicing. Here is your chance to put into practice your current skills and to learn new skills. The role is varied and includes -

Applicants must have a minimum of 1+ years customer service experience.

  • Counter Sales serving trades people and retail customers

  • Phone enquiries and telephone orders

  • Warehouse logistics - small 200m2 warehouse

  • Invoicing, goods receiving etc. using computer system
  • Intermediate computer skills are required for operating the invoicing and warehouse computer system
  • Stocktaking
  • Receiving goods
  • Picking & Packing

  • Liaising outward deliveries with transport companies

  • To thrive in this role you will need to be -

  • 100% reliable
  • Easygoing under pressure
  • A quick learner

A Fork Lift licence is NOT necessary for this position although a bonus.
