Position Summary

We are seeking a practical, organised, and hands-on Warehouse Store Person to manage the efficient receipting, storage, and dispatch of goods and materials across our Norwood and Kilkenny warehouse facilities. This role will suit someone who enjoys working independently, maintains a tidy and well-organised workspace, and enjoys following structured processes to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

·       Assist with the ongoing improvement of pick-and-pack processes and quality control of order dispatch.

·       Receive goods and verify stock against purchase orders.

·       Accurately organise, label, and store stock, ensuring safe handling practices.

·       Monitor inventory levels and report when minimum thresholds are reached.

·       Operate an electronic walkie-stacker safely and efficiently.

·       Assist with regular and ad-hoc stocktakes.

·       Maintain warehouse and warehouse office cleanliness and organisation.

·       Replenish product shelving and packaging supplies.

·       Process customer returns, inspecting items for resale suitability.

·       Rotate stock to ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) movement.

·       Identify and report any safety hazards or risks.

·       Communicate effectively with Warehouse Management and colleagues.

·       Support the warehouse team with general and ad-hoc duties as required.

Skills & Experience

·       Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not essential.

·       Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

·       Ability to meet deadlines with accuracy.

·       Experience with basic warehouse equipment (e.g., walkie-stacker) advantageous.
