ABOUT THE ROLE

• Don't want to be stuck behind a desk? Have a passion for cars, trucks and machinery? We are looking for a reliable, customer friendly and fast learning individual to join our Operations team at Mildura. Enjoy the security of this permanent full-time position working Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5pm This role would suit an entry level candidate who is interested in and has basic knowledge of trucks & machinery, or someone who has experience in a similar role or industry.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Ensure all incoming assets are catalogued (features and damage recorded), photographed and uploaded to our system accurately and within the required timeframes
• Deliver outstanding customer service to vendors and buyers by cataloguing stock correctly and upon delivery of assets to buyers
• Follow all WHS policies and procedures as required
• Assist in operation of forklift when required.
• Assist other team members with their duties as required.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the branch

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience:

• Passion for cars, trucks & machinery, or experience in a similar role/industry will be highly regarded
• Current & valid drivers' license with ability to drive manual (essential)
• Forklift licence (essential)
• Attention to detail
• Be comfortable working outdoors
• Competent verbal & written communication skills
• Basic computer skills/ability to use an iPad
• Ability to maintain quality standards and meet deadlines
• Ability to work as part of a team
