Career Pathway

  • Year 1 – Driller Offsider: $110K + super
  • Year 2 – Trainee Driller: $130K + super
  • Year 3 – Driller L1: $160K + super
  • Year 4 – Driller L2: $180K + super
  • Year 5 – Driller L3: $200K + super

Your Day-to-Day

  • Assist drillers with setup, maintenance & rig operations
  • Load/unload drill rods & core samples
  • Maintain site cleanliness & equipment safety
  • Support sample prep & accurate data collection

What We're Looking For

  • Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • Physically fit and ready for hands-on work
  • Manual C Class licence (HR licence highly preferred – or willing to get one)
  • Clean police check (mine site requirement)
  • Strong mechanical aptitude & safety mindset
  • WA-based with unrestricted work rights
  • Able to handle 12-hour shifts on FIFO rosters
