We're currently seeking a reliable and motivated Driller's Offsider to join our growing team. This is a permanent full-time role from Day One — no casual contracts, no uncertainty.
About the Role:
As a Driller's Offsider, you'll support the driller with daily operations including setting up and dismantling rigs, maintaining equipment, collecting samples and ensuring safety standards are upheld. You'll need to be physically fit, safety-conscious, and a team player with a strong work ethic.
Requirements:
- Valid manual driver's license (HR license highly regarded)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening
- Willingness to work in remote locations and in physically demanding environments
- Prior experience in drilling or labouring roles preferred but not essential
