Although you may be new to mining, we're looking for candidates with at least 1-2 years experience in labour intensive roles. This is a very physically demanding position

As a Drillers Offsider you will be supporting the driller with general operations duties:

  • Rod handling
  • Rig maintenance
  • Bagging samples
  • Cleaning equipment
  • Providing support to drilling operations
  • Mobilisation and demobilisation of drill rigs from sites

To be successful in the role;

  • Reside in Perth WA, as this role is FIFO from Perth Airport.
  • Must be available for Immediate START
  • Previous experience in a physically demanding position, and being able to lift up to 40kgs.
  • HR-B Drivers License for surface roles
  • Willing to work on a 2:1, 3:1, 2:2 or 4:2 roster on various projects across WA
  • Current National Police Clearance - Within 6 months - If you do not have one please apply for one before sending your application.
  • First Aid Certificate – Desired
  • Must be able to pass a comprehensive re-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen
  • Not entry level to labouring and physically demanding environment
