The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Senior Pricing Administrator to join our Commercial Finance team on a 12-month contract.

Reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance, this role plays a critical part in the end-to-end administration, governance and maintenance of wholesale pricing, customer terms, rebates and deal structures. This is a hands-on, senior pricing administration role, focused on pricing accuracy, controls, systems and execution — rather than commercial pricing strategy or financial modelling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end administration and governance of wholesale pricing, including product pricing, customer terms, rebates and deals
  • Maintain and manage customer- and product-segmented pricing matrices within pricing systems
  • Review, validate and implement pricing and deal requests from Sales in line with governance frameworks
  • Administer supplier discounts, customer rebates and deal mechanics, ensuring ongoing accuracy
  • Monitor gross margin performance and identify pricing discrepancies or risks
  • Maintain strong pricing controls, documentation and auditability in collaboration with Finance
  • Prepare regular reporting for Sales, customer pricing, rebates and suppliers
  • Deliver high-quality ad hoc pricing and administration reporting as required
  • Partner closely with Sales, Finance and Wholesale stakeholders to support smooth pricing execution

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

  • Proven senior experience in pricing administration within a wholesale, FMCG or retail environment
  • Strong experience managing complex pricing structures, customer terms, rebates and deals
  • Hands-on experience with pricing and financial systems, with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage high volumes of pricing data accurately
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence working with Sales and Finance stakeholders
  • A proactive, process-driven mindset with a strong focus on governance and controls
