We Are Seeking Passionate Trainers and Assessors for the Following Qualifications:

  • MSF30422 Certificate III in Glass and Glazing
  • UEE62122 Advanced Diploma of Engineering Technology – Electrical
  • CHC52021 Diploma of Community Services
  • CHC43015 Certificate IV in Ageing Support
  • CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support
  • CPC40120 Certificate IV in Building and Construction
  • CPC50220 Diploma of Building and Construction (Building)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, engaging training and assessment in accordance with industry and compliance standards
  • Facilitate classroom and workplace-based learning as required
  • Support students throughout their learning journey with timely feedback and mentoring
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of all assessment and administrative documentation
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, compliance requirements, and training packages

Essential Requirements:

  • TAE40116/TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent with required upgrades)
  • Relevant qualification(s) and industry experience in at least one of the listed training packages
  • Demonstrated experience in training or assessing in the vocational education sector
  • Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic training team
  • Current Working with Children Check and/or National Police Clearance (depending on course/sector)

Desirable:

  • Experience with online Learning Management Systems (Xcelerate)
  • Knowledge of RTO standards and compliance frameworks
  • Current industry currency and professional development logs
