
Accounts Receivable Administrator

Our structural steel construction company in Berrinba is seeking an experienced accounts receivable administrator to join our small administration team. This is a full-time, office-based role.
You will be responsible for:
- End to end accounts receivable function including credit control
- Management and submission of progress claims and preparation of supporting documentation
- Tracking payments and processing debtor payment schedules
- End of month reconciliations and reporting
- TPAS data management and reporting to ensure compliance with training policies and contractual obligations
- General administration duties, as required
Key skills required:
- Proven accounts receivable experience
- Ability to perform complex account reconciliations
- Ability to efficiently manage your own workload to meet pressing deadlines
- High level of computer literacy
- Sound knowledge of MYOB, Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel)
- Knowledge of project claim management and collaboration platforms would be desirable (for example Aconex, Payapps, ItwoCX)
- Ability to multi-task, coupled with meticulous attention to detail
- Sound written and verbal communication and collaborative skills
- Be responsible, reliable, and helpful
- Previous experience in the construction industry would be viewed favourably
