What you'll be doing:

  • Conducting legal research, analysing case facts, and developing strategies to support clients in litigation matters
  • Drafting court documents including pleadings, and legal correspondence
  • Representing clients in court proceedings, including negotiations, mediation, and advocacy
  • Having day-to-day conduct of files, with responsibility and autonomy to manage matters directly
  • Collaborating with colleagues in a collegial, supportive environment where everyone works together—without rigid team structures
  • Drawing on extensive resources for research, including advanced AI tools, to support efficient and innovative legal practice
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in relevant laws, regulations, and court procedures
  • Presenting seminars to clients and contributing to business development.
