Our client, a global leader in healthcare solutions, is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Leader to take ownership of billing, credit, and collections operations across Australia and New Zealand. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on driving cash flow, reducing risk, and delivering a seamless customer experience across a diverse client base.

About the role:

You'll lead the full Accounts Receivable function across ANZ with a focus on performance, compliance, and continuous improvement.

  • Manage billing, collections, credit, and dispute resolution across 2,000+ clients
  • Lead and develop a cross-border team of local and offshore analysts
  • Build strategic relationships with senior stakeholders across industries
  • Drive performance through KPIs like DSO, dispute cycle time, and overdue reduction
  • Champion global process improvements and lead change initiatives

About you:

You're a confident, customer-obsessed leader who thrives on driving results and building high-performing teams.

  • 7+ years' experience in AR, credit & collections, finance, or related fields
  • Proven leadership with a track record of team development and transformation
  • Strong communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Experience managing Accounts Receivable for physical products, with a strong grasp of order-to-cash processes including shipping, delivery, and returns
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) and CRM tools like Salesforce
