About us

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to jump into our team, rip into our systems and complement Crystal Glass Windows & Doors' growing team and culture. We enjoy our work, and we want you too as well. As a Sales Estimator, you will play a key role in the efficient and effective operation of our manufacturing facility in Albany, Western Australia. This is a full-time position that will see you support the day-to-day activities and ensure high quality standards, so our clients have great experience.

Qualifications & experience

We're seeking someone with:

  • Proven sales experience within the construction industry
  • Strong knowledge of the NCC, relevant Australian Standards, and energy performance requirements
  • Experience with scheduling in an ERP system
  • High-level computer skills (MS Office, ERP, CAD, CNC programming)
  • Experience with Compusoft V6 software (preferred)
  • Current Construction White Card and driver's license

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Extract and interpret key data and information quickly and accurately from plans, specifications and documentations
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Provide clients with project estimates and quotations
  • Collect required information to quote on projects
  • Proactively communicate with sub-contract and materials suppliers request for pricing
  • Communicate with off shore Quotation team
  • Review plans and window schedules for the purpose of estimating the project
