Job Summary:

Are you a high-performing marketing specialist who knows the value in building strong, lasting relationships with customers? Do you have a knack for crafting strategies that unlock transformational results? Do you have an interest in financial/capital markets?

Be a key part of the Stockwell Private Capital Team as we raise Capital for our own high quality property projects across Queensland. Deliver the marketing plan to build our business and meet our growth targets.

Stockwell Private Capital is a cornerstone of the broader Stockwell group strategy which aims to deliver a pipeline of over $3bn of property projects across Queensland in the next 5-7 years. Unlike many Capital Raising platforms, here at Stockwell you will only work on projects where we build, develop and manage the entire project and risk lifecycle.

Position Responsibilities:

Success in this role will consist of the following elements:

- Understanding Stockwell, what we stand for, the value of our brand built over 73 years and our market offering.

- Understand the plan and targets for the business to increase the CRM pipeline through Capital Raising campaigns to meet short-term Investor targets while nurturing for long- term Investor engagement and conversion.

- Building a successful channel partner network alongside the Head of Private Capital and the Private Capital Manager.

- Staying ahead of market and regulatory trends to inform communication outcomes.

- Leveraging our CRM, data and Investor insights to continuously improve outcomes and focus on the most productive relationships.

What you will need to succeed in this role:

The ideal candidate will have the following:

1. Experience of delivering a successful marketing service in a collaborative environment.

2. Experience in philanthropy fundraising, capital campaigns or similar.

3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

4. Strong work ethic and self-motivated.

5. Driven to be part of a challenging environment.

6. Not afraid to think laterally to achieve our objectives.

Stockwell is a Leasing, Selling, Capital Raising business. Stockwell consists of four main operational business lines – Residential, Retail, Private Capital and Delivery. In addition, we own and operate a diversified portfolio of retail, commercial, residential and retirement assets.
