Residential & Commercial Projects | Full-Time Role

B-MAC Constructions is a family-owned building company with over 50 years in the industry, providing residential and commercial construction, as well as repairs and maintenance across the greater Sydney area.

We are a tight-knit, down-to-earth team that values respectful communication and quality craftsmanship. As a deliberate part of our plan for the next 10 years, we are currently seeking skilled all-rounders or carpenters to join us, make a long-term career plan through our support, and grow with the business.

Who We're Looking For:

We welcome qualified tradespeople or unqualified all-rounders with solid hands-on experience in various areas of building. Our priority is people who are looking for a long term career with our support and mentoring – whether you are happy to always be on the tools or if you're keen to grow in your career and move into supervisory roles.

For someone already experienced as a leading hand or in running jobs, we also have the opportunity to step into a foreman or junior foreman role.

What We Are Looking For:

  • A trade qualification and/or experience in a range of building and repair work
  • Driver's license, suitable work vehicle and basic tools
  • Skills to suit a range of jobs including renovations, repairs, and maintenance
