In Australia we own and manage the Sunrise Dam Gold Mine, and the Tropicana Gold Mine (70% AGA owned 30% Regis Resources). These are two of Western Australia's premier gold operations, with ongoing investment and exploration taking place across both open pit and underground operations at each site.

We are now seeking a Specialist Electrical & Infrastructure Planning to join our Maintenance Planning team at our Sunrise Dam Gold Mine Processing Plant. Accountable to the Maintenance Planning Superintendent, this role is based at Sunrise Dam Gold Mine on either an 8/6 or 4/3 FIFO roster. We operate direct flights to Sunrise Dam from Perth.
Accountabilities:
- Liaise with maintenance coordinators and superintendent to develop executable work packages
- Support the development and implementation of appropriate asset management strategies through effective maintenance planning for all equipment and associated systems
- Improve work force productivity and work quality by anticipating and eliminating potential delays through quality planning
- As a key contact and liaison person between Maintenance, Operations and other supported departments ensuring Maintenance is provided as a timely, efficient and quality service
- Support operations as they balance their need for daily output with their need for equipment reliability through preventive & predictive maintenance
- Optimise preventive maintenance and condition monitoring schedules and procedures
- Plan & prepare all maintenance execution documents (Work Orders, specifications, procedures/instructions, purchase orders, service contracts, task schedules etc.)
- Develop maintenance standard jobs
- Develop weekly maintenance schedules
- Chair scheduling meetings aligned to meeting agendas
- Liaise with contractors and suppliers for the provision of supplies and services
- Maintain master data integrity by ensuring accuracy of SAP catalogue and Bill of Materials
- Work with Supply chain, Maintenance and other departments to continually improve the Work Management Processes within the business
About You

- Experience in the maintenance of industrial processing equipment
- Mining industry experience
- Exposure to project scheduling software
- Electrical background
