About the Opportunity

PARC Engineering is seeking experienced
Electrical Supervisors
for an ongoing FIFO 2/1 roster with immediate start. This is a great opportunity to join a leading contractor on a high-profile resources project, overseeing electrical construction and commissioning activities in a dynamic site environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervising construction and commissioning contractors, coordinating with Engineering, Construction, Operations, and Maintenance teams
  • Ensuring all construction and commissioning activities comply with relevant systems, processes, and statutory requirements
  • Ensuring all personnel are adequately trained and accountable for their work
  • Generating work packages, assigning tasks, and supervising resources
  • Reviewing work execution with team members, identifying gaps and implementing corrective actions to improve performance
  • Providing support to contractors in managing permits, approvals, QA/QC, safety and quality documentation, completions, commissioning, and reporting
  • Reporting directly to the Electrical Superintendent
  • Participating in weekly pre-planning, planning, and scheduling meetings to ensure alignment with the work schedules
  • Working closely alongside the HSE team to reinforce safety standards & ensure KPI's and compliance is met as required

Role Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as an Electrical Supervisor on large scale mining construction projects
  • S26 Statutory Supervisor certificate
  • Construction Induction Card
  • WA Grade A Electrical Licence
  • Australian Recognised Trade Certificate
  • Valid Australian Driver's Licence
  • Current LVR/CPR & First Aid
  • Full Australian Working Rights
  • Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol Screen
  • BHP inductions -
    highly desirable
  • Point of hire is Perth only
