Electrical Project Engineer

PARC Engineering is seeking talented Electrical Project Engineers for an exciting FIFO opportunity on a 2:1 roster.
What you'll do
- Take ownership of electrical project packages, ensuring successful delivery from planning through to execution.
- Drive compliance with project scope while meeting operational and safety requirements.
- Prepare and manage schedules, budgets, and forecasts to keep projects on track.
- Oversee electrical discipline activities, ensuring quality standards, timelines, and costs are consistently achieved.
- Track progress, identify challenges early, and implement solutions to maintain project performance.
- Assess risks and lead the implementation of effective mitigation strategies.
- Develop and apply project controls, specifications, and cost estimates that support successful outcomes.
- Build strong client relationships, fostering open communication and collaboration across all stakeholders.
What we're looking for
- Degree-qualified in Electrical Engineering (or higher).
- Minimum 4 years' industry experience in a similar role within mining, construction, or infrastructure.
- Solid knowledge of control systems and instrumentation.
- Hands-on experience delivering engineering projects in the mining sector.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with proven success in client-facing roles.
- Demonstrated project management expertise with a track record of delivering on time, on budget, and to scope.
