We are a family-run business that's all about top-notch service and customer experience. We're a proud distributors of cleaning, catering, packaging, hygiene, and safety products—with a special passion for washroom essentials. We are on the lookout for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join the team and bring the company values to life.

The Role

  • Answering and vetting phone calls with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Taking phone orders and assisting customers with inquiries
  • Greeting and assisting visitors at reception
  • Processing online orders and handling customer queries
  • Managing order annotations and returns with precision
  • Handling emails efficiently and keeping customers updated on their orders
  • Engaging with customers via live chat on our website
  • Collaborating with different teams to ensure seamless service
  • (Bonus) Helping our sales team with outbound calls if you're up for it
