Sales and Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our store, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the sales and KPIs of the store.

  • You will have a strong focus on safety to ensure your safety and that of your teammates and customers.
  • Contribute to the sales and KPI's of the store by promoting products and services to customers.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve targets and goals.
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment to customer service excellence.
  • Provide superior product information and advice to customers.
  • Maintain shop presentation and ensure shelving is stocked and visually appealing.
  • Clean and maintain showroom standards to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Show commitment and reliability to shifts and be punctual.
  • Have a genuine passion or interest in motorcycles and their products.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, driven, and have a customer-focused attitude. You will also be required to work well in a team and enjoy achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To assist with motorcycle tyre fitting (advantageous)
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Assist customers with their queries and provide product knowledge and advice.
  • Promote and up-sell relevant products to increase sales and revenue.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Restock shelves and maintain a clean and tidy work environment.
  • Participate in inventory management and control stock levels.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
