We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated
Finance Assistant
to join our finance team. The successful candidate will support day-to-day financial operations, including processing invoices, maintaining financial records, assisting with payroll, and supporting budget preparation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and record financial transactions accurately and timely.
  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable, including invoice preparation and follow-up.
  • Reconcile bank statements and other financial records.
  • Support monthly and year-end financial closing processes.
  • Assist in preparing reports, budgets, and financial forecasts.
  • Maintain digital and physical financial records in an organized manner.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure financial procedures are followed.
  • Assist with audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a finance assistant or similar role is preferred.
  • A degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
