About the Role

We're currently seeking passionate, reliable, and empathetic Support Workers to join our team. You'll be working one-on-one with clients in their homes and communities—assisting with daily living, building life skills, encouraging independence, and creating meaningful connections.

Opportunities are available for immediate start in: Gold Coast.

What We're Looking For

You are someone who is:

  • Genuinely passionate about supporting people with diverse needs
  • Confident working independently and making a positive impact
  • Caring, patient, and a great listener
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and proactive
  • Committed to upholding the NDIS Practice Standards and Code of Conduct
  • Experienced in disability, aged care, or community support (highly regarded, but not essential)

What You'll Need

  • Certificate III or higher in Individual Support, Disability, Mental Health, Aged Care, or equivalent (or working towards)
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificate
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Your own reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Module (or willingness to complete)
  • Smartphone with reliable internet connection
